The Gear Drive is a great way to get the most out of your LSX motor reliably and with little maintenance. Coupled with a F-3 ProCharger, the heavy-duty Gear Drive can support 3,500+ horsepower.

All Gear Drives are built to order with standard configurations that fit most cars. Accessories such as fuel pumps, oil pumps, vacuum pumps and alternator mounts can be added. Fine tuning is possible with easy to change gears and 30 gear ratios available. In addition to the standard configurations, custom configurations are available to fit special applications and to clear steering racks.

Our gear drives are designed, manufactured, and built in the US. Our gear drive has propelled centrifugal superchargers to the top of the drag racing scene, and can be built in over 4000 configurations, not to mention the 30+ different gear ratios available for our drives. Since the production of our first units in 2003 we have continued to innovate and update our gear drives to meet the power levels and performance demands. We work with the industrys leading aftermarket superchargers; the F-1, F-2 and F-3 series ProChargers, and Vortech V-20 and V-30 series superchargers. Gear drives are almost 10 times more efficient than a belt driven system, due to a 6-16% parasitic loss while utilizing standard and Kevlar belts, however lubricated gear sets only see about a 1.5% loss. Simply put, never lose a race due to belt issues. The standard and vertical Gear drives have the lowest rotating inertia of any gear drive currently available, and has been proven for applications to over 3000 hp. Our heavy-duty and vertical heavy-duty versions came along to support centrifugal superchargers that are rated for 3500+ hp. If you are looking to add extreme amounts of power, we have gear drives that can drive two centrifugal superchargers! Gear drives require little to no maintenance, about 400+ runs between isolator changes. With minimal piping required for gear drives you still maintain excellent engine serviceability. We make mounts for most all race engines to match and fit your engine and chassis, while steering clear from side loads on the engine crankshaft and supercharger input shaft. Standard configurations can be shipped out within a week, custom configurations can be shipped within a few weeks.
